Alibaba Cloud’s Quick BI platform, which was evaluated for this report, is an intelligent business analysis suite offering services including data exploration and reporting. Its capabilities empower enterprise users to view and explore data for making informed business decisions.

“Data-driven insight is becoming increasingly important for driving organisational strategy worldwide. We are seeing growing demand for platforms with a full range of services in data management and analytics, reflecting the advantages these capabilities can bring to businesses. Being recognised as a Challenger in this critical area is a great encouragement for us and we believe it reflects our ongoing efforts to enhance Quick BI’s platform capabilities,” said Selina Yuan, President of International Business, Alibaba Cloud Intelligence. “We look forward to further supporting our customers around the world as they look for new ways to unlock the potential of their data.”

Quick BI provides a simple and easy-to-use platform for producing analysis reports based on intelligence such as customer retention rates, number of active users and more. The platform supports customised dashboards which allow users to present their insights in their preferred formats. It has been widely used in various industries, such as retail, internet, manufacturing, media and finance.

One example is Touch ‘n Go Digital Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian-based company providing mobile e-wallet services, which leverages QuickBI for a wide range of data-related tasks, including data visualisation, exploration, analysis, as well as business unit reporting and executive reporting. Quick BI serves as a comprehensive solution that enhances their ability to present and analyse data effectively across various levels of the organisation.
