Dato’ Dr. Eng has a passion for property development, was a dream he had when he was younger. He was Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in International Marketing Management in Year 2012. Thereafter, in year 2013, Dato’ Dr. Eng Wei Chun being conferred the DARJAH INDERA MAHKOTA PAHANG (D.I.M.P) carrying title ‘Dato’ by Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan Pahang Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Abu Bakar Ri’Ayatuddin Al-Mu’adzam Shah.
Successful Development Projects:
The first project, a Half acre piece of land in Taman Yarl, Old Klang Road with the successful of this development, its encouraging Dato’ Dr. Eng to venture in his second project – Sri Angkasa Homes in year 2007 – 16 units of two- storey semi-detached homes in Jalan Puchong, Kuala Lumpur.
Year 2009, Vistaria Residensi a 21 storey, 128 units development project, located in Taman Kobena, Cheras, this was completely sold within days.
Year 2011, Sky Vista, a 27 storey, 206 units development project, located in Taman Bukit Ria, Cheras was also completely sold within two weeks, from it launch date.
Year 2013, a 1-House-2-Homes concept development project – Vila Vista, the tallest building in the area and act as an icon for the Cheras development scene. This Development Project has taken home two awards– Five Star Best Residential High Rise Award and The Safe Home Award from the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2014.
