Designed for everyday users and casual fitness explorers, Watch 3 Pro combines precision health tracking, AI-powered coaching, and a bold visual identity to help users move smart and stay in the know.

Whether you’re chasing your first 5K or taking a walk through the city, Watch 3 Pro adapts to your fitness level with a new dual-band five-system GPS setup for faster and more accurate route tracking in any environment. It’s a major leap forward from Watch Pro 2, delivering stronger signal stability and better location precision.
Choose from 131 sports modes and stay on track with a personalised running coach that builds and adjusts plans based on your fitness. A new four-channel heart rate sensor offers improved accuracy across all skin tones and workout intensities. With Active Score, you get a simple snapshot of your weekly effort using MET data, helping you stay consistent and make every move count.
Deeper insight, smarter recovery
AI-powered post-workout summaries break down performance with helpful guidance on recovery time, training load, and even 5K/10K endurance predictions. The watch also detects seven core activities automatically, so you never miss a session even if you forget to hit start.
In addition to heart rate and sleep, Watch 3 Pro includes advanced health tracking tools such as blood oxygen monitoring (SpO₂), stress tracking, guided breathing exercises, hydration and inactivity reminders, and women’s health support, offering a full view of your wellbeing every day.
Your smart companion, on wrist
With ChatGPT integration, you can ask questions, get facts, or set reminders, all using natural-language voice prompts. A built-in voice recorder with auto-transcription helps capture notes or ideas on the go, and an Essential News tool delivers daily digests based on your interests.
Bluetooth calling, gesture shortcuts, and 140-character quick replies round out a smart, intuitive experience that keeps up with you. An additional microphone has been added to improve call pickup.

Available in Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Orange, Watch 3 Pro features a precision-milled metal body, soft-touch silicone straps, and a vibrant 1.43” AMOLED display with ultra-thin bezels and Always-On Display support — now with a 10 per cent increase in screen-to-body ratio compared to Watch Pro 2, for a more immersive viewing experience.
With over 120+ custom watch faces, including video, photo, and AI-generated options via Watch Face Studio, the watch becomes a true extension of your personal style. Users can also add full-screen or mini widgets for fitness, weather, music, or reminders.
Reliable and ready
Watch 3 Pro is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance, making it ready for any routine, rain or shine. It delivers up to 13 days of battery life under typical use, a 2 day increase from CMF Watch Pro 2.
It also delivers 11 days with heavier tracking, and around 4.5 days with Always-On Display enabled. A full charge takes just 99 minutes. Also improved is its motion monitoring and tracking, a 6-axis accelerometer sensor is fitted, a 50 per cent increase from CMF Watch Pro 2.
Nothing X: The new control centre
All CMF smartwatches — including Watch Pro and Watch Pro 2 — are transitioning to the Nothing X app, offering improved stability, a refreshed UI, and smarter tools for health, fitness, and personalisation. Users can now manage their watch and audio devices in one place, with support for Strava, Apple Health, and Google Health Connect.
