Workday appoints Jess O’Reilly to lead ASEAN operations amid growing regional demand

    Workday Inc., a global leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, has named Jess O’Reilly as its new General Manager for the ASEAN region. O’Reilly’s appointment signals the company’s strategic push to strengthen its regional footprint amid accelerating digital transformation across South-East Asia.

    Based in Singapore, O’Reilly will lead Workday’s ASEAN business, overseeing sales strategy, revenue growth and client partnerships across the region. She will also join the Asia Pacific leadership team, contributing to broader regional initiatives.

    O’Reilly brings over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong focus on cloud and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions. Her career includes senior roles at Salesforce, UiPath, and Twilio, where she specialised in addressing the evolving needs of South East Asian enterprises.

    Her appointment comes as demand for intelligent enterprise solutions surges in ASEAN, driven by businesses seeking to boost productivity and competitiveness through digital innovation and AI integration.
