The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) welcomes the appointment of new Council members, which were announced by the HKSAR Government in the Gazette on 19 December 2025, with effect from 1 January 2026.

Two new Council members have been appointed for a period of two years:
▪ Mr Ivan SZE Wing-hang, BBS, JP
▪ Mr Wallace WONG Pok-man
Five members have been re-appointed for a period of two years:
▪ Professor Viveca CHAN E-nam
▪ Mr Brian CHENG Ho-wai
▪ Ms Lily CHING Ngon-lai
▪ Mr Bernard POON Che-wai
▪ Ms Jenny TAM Kam-lin, MH
A member has been re-appointed for a period of one year:
▪ Mr Donald TONG Chi-keung, GBS, JP
Two members will retire from the Council. They are:
▪ Mr Marvin HSU Tsun-fai, JP
▪ Mr Anthony LAM Sai-ho
HKPC extends its sincere gratitude to the outgoing members for their dedicated service and invaluable contributions over the years. HKPC also warmly welcomes the newly appointed Council members and looks forward to driving local innovation and technology development, strengthening Hong Kong’s position as an international innovation and technology centre under their leadership.
