Setia Eco Templer is an enchanting mixed development that embodies an eco-themed concept, incorporated with a residential component which features English, Balinese or Peranakan themed architectural designs, and vibrant commercial properties. Setia Eco Templer comprises of link villas, semi-detached houses and bungalows, two and three-storey commercial lots and RSKU (Rumah SelangorKu). Of the nine phases, five have been launched since 2016 – Essex Gardens, Peranakan Straits, Amantara, RSKU and The Grove.
Balinese inspired Amantara preserves the delicate balance of the surrounding environment, surrounded by lush greenery. Amantara is comprised of 155 link villas, semi-detached houses and bungalows from 2,545 sf to 4,516 sf. Prices range from RM1,065,000 to RM4,024,000.
The Peranakan Straits phase draws from the rich cultural history of the community, taking you back in time. Peranakan Straits is comprised of 168 semi-detached houses and link villas from 2,292 sf to 2,797 sf, and prices range from RM888,000 to RM1,660,000.
