The Restricted Movement Order Is Not A Lockdown

Supermarkets, public markets, grocery stores, stores selling basic necessities remain open. Just avoid mass gatherings and practice social distancing.  There is no need to panic buy, just buy what you need only. Buying excessively will mean that others will not get access to supplies in the short term, think about others too.

This is not a lockdown but not a holiday either, as we can still move about, but an intensifying of social distancing and restrictions in movement are critical. Sadly, can see some irresponsible behaviour by Malaysian ignoring orders from the government. Right now, Covid-19 is not our enemy but ignorant Malaysian are.

Some of them took this “holiday” as an opportunity to go back to their hometown with their families, little did you know that any travelling at the moment will only enhance the spread of the virus? Just stay at home, stay indoor, as simple as that.

This restriction will result in inconvenience and problems in your daily lives however the government must take action to curb the spread of the virus. Number of cases keeps increasing not only in Malaysia but all over the world. Every Malaysian should unite and not be divided by races and religion as the virus can’t differentiate us, will we sink or swim together in this health crisis? Ask yourself.
