    Chef Alun Evans brings both culinary skill and a warm, personable touch to Antipodean Bangsar. As the founder and a passionate barista, Chef Alun is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations. He can be seen personally preparing the steak and doesn’t mind taking the time to share stories about the café’s roots. This gives patrons a deeper appreciation for the meal and the concept behind the restaurant. If Chef Alun is not in during your visit don’t worry, he has a trained a team in the various locations in Malaysia.

    The café’s atmosphere and menu are infused with Kiwi inspiration and ambience. Nearly all ingredients are imported from New Zealand, reflecting Alun’s commitment to authenticity and flavour.
