Prime Logistics Week 2026

    PRIME Logistics Week 2026, organised by The Prime School of Integrated Logistics, Saito University College, in strategic collaboration with Women in Future Technologies (WiFT), Malaysia Robotics, AI and Automation Society (MYRAS), and Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Marine Engineering Technology (UniKL-MIMET), and supported by National Defence University of Malaysia (UPNM), marks a significant step forward in accelerating Malaysia’s logistics talent development and strengthening national readiness for global supply chain transformation.

    The event was officially launched by Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Jessica Ong Hai Liaw FCILT, from UPNM and Adjunct Professor at Saito University College, representing Women in Future Technologies (WiFT) MYRAS.

    Distinguished thought leaders, including Mr. Nazery Khalid (LBB International), Mr. SamsulRazi Hassan, CMILT (SAF Logistics), and Mdm Azila Ayub CMILT (UniKL-MIMET), attended the launch, sharing high-level perspectives on maritime strategy, operational excellence, and technical capability development.

    Prof. Dr. Vinitha Guptan, Vice Chancellor of Saito University College, emphasised that transformative collaboration between academia, industry, and technology partners is essential for nurturing future-proof talent. She noted that Malaysia must accelerate its transition toward green logistics, smart supply chains, and digital integration to maintain a competitive edge within the ASEAN region.

    Assistant Dean Noor Fathiah Othman CMILT highlighted the event’s signature features  the Logistics Chain Reveal, robotics and automation showcase, and the symbolic Seed Planting Ceremony reinforcing the sector’s shift toward innovation-driven and sustainable logistics practices.
